Hurrican Matthew 2016As you may know, our headquarters is located in the usually sunny Cocoa, FL. This past week we had a break in the sunshine and were hit by a major storm, Hurricane Matthew. We are thankful to report that all of our staff members are accounted for and are safe and sound. Overall we are very fortunate, having only experienced some minor damage to homes and other buildings.

However, due to the storm, we did experience a loss in email and phone service between the evening of October 4th, 2016 and the morning of October 10th, 2016. If you sent an email or made a phone call to EAA Corp, ABDO™ or any of our staff, there is a high probability that we did not receive it. Please feel free to send us another email or call us during business hours and we will be happy to take care of you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you placed an online order between October 4th and October 10th, the order should have processed properly and we will have received it on October 10th, 2016. This will add a few days processing time but we are working to get orders out as soon as possible. If you did not receive an email confirmation when you placed your order, you may email us at [email protected] to check the status. Please include your name, order number (if you received one), and email address used to place the order. Please also include the subject line “Online order Status” so that we may direct your email properly.

We are very thankful to have made it through the storm with only minor inconveniences. We know that many in the hurricane’s path were not so lucky. We will keep all of the victims of Hurricane Matthew in our hearts and thoughts and we ask you to join us as well.
