How do I track my repair or find the status?2020-02-12T20:00:09+00:00

The serial number is required to check the status of the repair. Always document the serial number of the gun before it is sent in for warranty/repair work. Service tech(s) try and repair most guns within 30 days. We may not contact you when the repair is done. Instead, the gun may be shipped back out to the address from which the gun was received if the return freight cost was sent with the firearm. This is our service department’s way of getting the gun repaired and back to the consumer in the shortest possible time.
